高效节能电机在电厂中的应用研究

高效节能电机采用新型材料、新工艺以及优化设计,以降低机械能、电磁能以及热能的消耗方式来达到提高输出效率的目的。相比于普通电机来说,高效节能电机可提高4%左右的效率。虽然该类新型电机已经在我国上市较长时间,但我国国民对其需求量相对并不大,如今我国高效节能电机的使用率仅在 20%以下,由此可见,加强人们对高效节能电机的认识是极为关键且必要的,高效节能电机应用于电厂中能够明显降低电厂用电量,提高用电效率。

1 高效节能电机概述

1.1 高效节能电机的运行原理

高效节能电机在相同时间内电量的总消耗量相比于普通电机可减少20%左右,所节约的电能大约为15%。电机在运行中主要消耗铜和铁,但是高效节能电机在制造材料的选择中以新型铁磁材料来取代普通铁芯,同时选择特别的下线工具来提高定子的槽满率从而使得铜线的截面面积增大,这样一来不但能够有效地降低铁和铜的损耗,而且还使得电机的制造精度明显增加,使得杂散的电量消耗大大降低。除此之外,高效节能电机的制造过程及其工艺都选用现代技术,其中主要选择高导磁且低损耗的优质性电工硅钢片来制成其转子铁芯以及定子铁芯,这样一来高效节能电机在运行过程中所产生的损耗较小,功率因数较高,使用时间较长且稳定性高,同时新型材料以及工艺制造也降低了高效节能电机的面积和体积。

2 电机系统节能的主要技术成果
